2003-2011

Registration at the Bar. Practice of the profession in the Legal Firm Studio Associato Multidisciplinare D’Agostini-Morone-Zanella: labour lawyers, tax lawyers and experts in commercial and company law, accountants and labour consultants collaborated in complete and successful synergy.

Once admitted at the Bar as Lawyer she became responsible of an entire division of the Legal Firm, the division in tax and labour law, and could coordinate the work of 15 persons between professionals, payroll workers, financial revisors.

2012-2014

Sole Partner of the legal firm Studio Legale Giacoia, and partnership with the Lawyer Claudio Olivetti, specialized in commercial and company law, national and international, contracts and commercial arbitrations.

Lawyer specialized in fiscal and tax law, labour and social security law, national and international, disputes in fiscal and labour law, mainly for capital companies, cooperatives, Onlus and Non-Governmental Organizations, consultant of national and foreign companies, mainly in fiscal and social security issues, both inbound and outbound.

2014 – present

Sole Partner of the legal firm Studio Legale Giacoia she has widened her partnerships with other Colleagues Lawyers, specialized in international and commercial law, successions, real estate law, sales proxies, criminal accidents and job security.

She has deepened her skills in legal disputes on social security law, old-age and invalidity retirements, consultancy to companies in matters concerning transfer and secondment of staff, both under the contract and social security point of view.

She has developed skills in matters related to tax law and provides consultancies to companies and privates that receive payment demands from the Italian Revenue Agencies.

She has completed her professional formation in fiscal and social security law applied to companies in insolvency procedures (VAT reimbursement, management of other revenue credits, National Guarantee Funds for employees).

She follows Onlus and Non-Governmental Organizations in the phase of acknowledgement and registration to the related bars, and in the litigation stage against Italian Revenue Agencies or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in case of removal or disallowance.
