Became partner in 2011 at Hoens & Souren Advocaten, focussing mainly on commercial contracts (included international agreements) and corporate law, M&A and commercial (domestic and international) litigation. Joined IPG and built an international client base, providing services for Dutch companies abroad and foreign companies in the Netherlands, amongst others in cross border takeovers, included international M&A and related activities.
