Ph.D. in International Law and International Private Law at the Milan University with the paper “The status and role of victims before the International criminal jurisdictions” (Prof. Edoardo Greppi – Prof. Fausto Pocar).

Registration at the Bar. Practice of the profession in the legal Firm Studio Legale Comba, Turin, principally in the following fields: international contracts, international commercial litigation, international arbitration, European Law and International Private Law.

After the admission at the Bar as Lawyer, Partner of the Comba e Associati Law Firm in Turin. Lawyer specialised in international business law, international contracts, international commercial litigation, commercial arbitration proceedings, European Law and assistance in setting up foreign companies for Italian clients and Italian companies for clients from abroad.

Since 2009 till now

Sole partner of the Studio Legale Falbo in Turin and in Milan, member of the international network of lawyers and accountants IPG – International Practice Group. Lawyer specialized in international business law, international contracts, international commercial litigation, commercial arbitration proceedings, European Law and assistance in setting up foreign companies for Italian clients and Italian companies for clients from abroad and M&A, included cross borders takeovers.
